Deliveries

You can expect your package to be delivered within 5–15 working days, depending on your location.

If you opt to pick up your order, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Orders can be collected at the following address during business hours:

Pickup hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00
  (Closed on weekends and public holidays.)

Important:

If your order includes items from both the Current collection and the Archive Sale, the option for physical pickup will not be available. This is due to items being stored at different locations. In such cases, your order will be shipped to your address.

Returns

If you wish to return any item(s), please carefully follow the instructions below:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
   Email customerservice@christianwijnants.com and specify the item(s) you wish to return.

1. Return label and processing
   Our team will provide a DHL return label and detailed instructions.
2. Handling fees
   A handling fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:
• €15 for returns within Belgium and the Netherlands.
• €25 for returns within the EU.
• €50 for returns from the rest of the world.
3. Refunds
   Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Office location returns
   Orders picked up from the office can also be returned to the same location within 7 days, free of handling fees.
5. No late returns
   Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
