GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders ship within 3–4 business days
  • Delivery is subject to stock availability
  • Shipping is at customer’s risk and cost

Liability

  • If delivery is impossible, the agreement is automatically cancelled
  • In case of partial delivery, each shipment counts as a separate sale
  • Delivery obligation is fulfilled once goods are offered to the customer

  • Belgium: €10
  • Netherlands: €10
  • Europe: €15
  • Japan: €30
  • Australia / New Zealand: €50
  • Rest of world: €35

Duties & Taxes

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees
  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If duties are refused, the shipment is abandoned and not refundable

Shipping

You can expect your package to be delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup

If you opt to pick-up your order, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Your order is only ready for pick-up after reception of the pick-up notification, please note that your order confirmation alone is not enough. Orders must be collected within 5 working days.

Kindly note that trying on items is not possible at the pick-up location. If you wish to return any items, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Pickup Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00
(Closed on weekends and public holidays.)

Important

If your order includes items from both the current collection and the archive sale, the local pick-up option will not be available. This is because items are stored at different locations. In such cases, your entire order will be shipped to a chosen delivery address.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FedEx will issue a separate invoice for these costs after the shipment has been delivered. We kindly ask that this invoice be settled directly with FedEx upon receipt.
