Return Policy

 

1. Returning goods bought in the online shop is possible, if it meets the following requirements:

  • the goods are returned within 14 days after the purchased goods were delivered
  • the goods are unused and not damaged
  • the goods are returned in the original packaging (including labels, accessories and associated documents)
  • maximum 1 return per purchase is accepted

BEN NV reserves itself the right to refuse to refund the corresponding amount of the returned goods, if it considers the goods to be used or damaged by debt other than by BEN NV or the supplier of the delivery. The burden of proof relies on the customer.

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Goods must be returned to BEN NV in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Make sure all goods are in exactly the same condition as you received them, including tags and attached seals.
All shoes can only be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered to be part of the delivered goods.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box in order  to not damage the original packaging.
Please return goods through the Website’s return service (provided by customer service centre) to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
When using the Website’s return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

  • Notify the customer service centre by e-mail (customerservice@christianwijnants.com) of your wish to return goods
  • You will receive instructions and a return document via e-mail
  • Always mention the full description and reference of the goods and the reason for the return on the return document
  • Attach the order confirmation you received by e-mail and the return document to complete the package
  • Send the goods to the return address
  • Shipping costs for returns are taken in charge by BEN NV, when using the FedEx airwaybill provided by BEN NV
  • Non-stamped shipments or COD shipments will be refused
  • After the receipt and approval by BEN NV, you will be sent a receipt confirmation by e-mail
  • When your returned goods have been approved by BEN NV, your order will be refunded in due course

 If you wish to return any item(s), please carefully follow the instructions below:

1.  Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@christianwijnants.com specifying which item(s) you wish to return together with your order number order number (starting with # followed by 4 digits). 

2.  Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a FedEx return label and/or detailed return instructions.  Securely package your Item(s) in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

    1. Print the FedEx label provided in this e-mail and firmly attach it to the outside of your package.
    2. Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx drop-off point. You can find the closest drop-off point here.
    3. Ensure that the package is dropped off at the FedEx drop-off point within 14 days of receiving your return label.

IMPORTANT:

We only accept returns sent using the FedEx provided return label. Returns shipped independently or via another courier will NOT be accepted.

2. HANDLING FEES

A handling fee of €25 will be deducted from all return refunds.

* Returns from orders that have been picked up, can also be returned in person at our Antwerp office, free of a handling fee.

 3. RECEIVING A REFUND

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method (such as your credit card or GoPay) within 14 days. If the original payment method is no longer valid and/or no bank account number was provided, you will receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months, redeemable exclusively on www.christianwijnants.com or in the Antwerp Store.

4. PICK UP ORDER - OFFICE LOCATION RETURNS 

Orders picked up in person from the office may also be returned in person to the same location within 7 days of delivery, free of handling fees. 

 Please note that all returns—whether by carrier or in person—must first be requested via email at customerservice@christianwijnants.com, following the standard return procedure.

5. LATE RETURNS

Return requests will not be accepted if submitted more than 7 days after the date of delivery or pickup. Please ensure you contact us within the allowed timeframe.

7. COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES

Complaints or disputes must be notified in writing within 14 days after delivery of the goods. If the complaint is considered justified, BEN NV’s liability is limited to the replacement of the goods and is further limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
