GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Requirements

  • Return within 14 days after delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including labels and accessories)
  • Maximum 1 return per purchase

BEN NV reserves the right to refuse refunds if goods are used or damaged (unless caused by BEN NV or the supplier). The burden of proof lies with the customer.

Conditions

  • Return items in perfect condition with the return form
  • Keep tags and seals attached
  • Shoes must only be tried on carpeted surfaces
  • Return shoes in the original shoe box, placed inside a protective carton

Return Process

  1. Email customerservice@christianwijnants.com
  2. Receive return instructions and return document
  3. Include product details and reason for return
  4. Add order confirmation and return document
  5. Ship to the return address

Shipping

  • Use the official return service (FedEx only)
  • Returns are insured when using the provided label
  • Free EU returns via the provided FedEx airwaybill
  • No COD or unstamped shipments accepted

Refunds

  • A confirmation email will be sent after approval
  • Refunds are processed after approval

ARCHIVE SALE RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return any item(s), please carefully follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us within 7 days after the delivery of your parcel at archivesale@christianwijnants.com specifying which item(s) you wish to return together with your order number (starting with # followed by 4 digits).
  2. Returns must be requested within 7 days after the delivery of your parcel. Once your request is approved, our team will provide a return label and/or detailed return instructions.
  3. Orders picked up in person from the office may also be returned in person to the same location within 7 days after delivery of your parcel, free of handling fees. For the return, please follow our return instructions.
  4. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that all archive sale returns — whether by carrier or in person — must first be requested via email at archivesale@christianwijnants.com, following the standard return procedure.

Late Returns

Return requests will not be accepted if submitted more than 7 days after the date of delivery or pickup. Please ensure you contact us within the allowed timeframe.

Important: We only accept shipped returns sent using the provided return label. Returns sent independently or through a courier other than the one provided by us will not be accepted and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Handling Fees

A handling fee of €25 will be deducted from all return refunds.

Only returns from orders that were collected in person may be returned at our Antwerp office free of any handling fee.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method (such as your credit card or GoPay).

If the original payment method is no longer valid and/or no bank account number was provided, you will receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months, redeemable exclusively on www.christianwijnants.com or in the Antwerp Store.
