Shipping

You can expect your package to be delivered within 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

 

Local Pickup

If you opt to pick-up your order, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Your order is only ready for pick-up after reception of the pick-up notification, please note that your order confirmation alone is not enough. Orders must be collected within 5 working days.

 Kindly note that trying on items is not possible at the pick-up location. If you wish to return any items, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions. 

 

Orders can be collected during business hours at the following address:

Pickup Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00(Closed on weekends and public holidays.)

 

IMPORTANT:

If your order includes items from both the current collection and the archive sale, the local pick-up option will not be available. This is because items are stored at different locations. In such cases, your entire order will be shipped to a chosen delivery address.

 

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FedEx will issue a separate invoice for these costs after the shipment has been delivered. We kindly ask that this invoice be settled directly with FedEx upon receipt.

 

Returns

If you wish to return any item(s), please carefully follow the instructions below:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at archivesale@christianwijnants.com specifying which item(s) you wish to return.

2.  Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a return label and detailed return instructions.

3.     Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important: We only accept shipped returns sent using the provided return label. Returns sent independently or through a courier other than the one provided by us will not be accepted and remain the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Handling Fees

A handling fee of €25 will be deducted from all return refunds. Only returns from orders that were collected in person may be returned at our Antwerp office, free of any handling fee.

 

Receiving a refund
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method (such as your credit card or GoPay). If the original payment method is no longer valid and no bank account number was provided, you will receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months, redeemable exclusively on www.christianwijnants.com and at the Antwerp Store.

 

Pick up order - office location returns

Orders picked up in person from the office may also be returned in person to the same location within 7 days after pick-up, free of any handling fees. 

Please note that all returns—whether by carrier or in person—must first be requested via email at archivesale@christianwijnants.com , following the standard return procedure.

 

Late returns

Return requests will not be accepted if submitted more than 7 days after the date of delivery or pickup. Please ensure you contact us within the allowed timeframe.

 

Exchanges
No exchanges can be made.
Please return the item(s) and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different item.

 

Complaints or disputes

Complaints or disputes must be notified in writing within 14 days after delivery of the goods. If the complaint is considered justified, BEN NV’s liability is limited to the replacement of the goods and is further limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
