1. SHIPPING

You can expect your package to be delivered through our shipping partner, FedEx, within 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

Overview per country:

Belgium: 10 euro

The Netherlands: 10 euro

Rest of Europe: 15 euro

Japan: 30 euro

Australia / New Zealand: 50 euro

Rest of the world: 35 euro

 

Local Pickup:

If you opt to pick up your order, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Your order is only ready for pick-up after reception of this notification, please note that your order confirmation alone is not enough. 

Kindly note that trying on items is not possible at the pick-up location. If you wish to return any items, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

IMPORTANT:

If your order includes items from both the current collection and the archive sale, the local pick-up option will not be available. This is because items are stored at different locations. In such cases, your entire order will be shipped to the chosen delivery address.

 2. RETURNS

If you wish to return any item(s), please carefully follow the instructions below:

1.  Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@christianwijnants.com specifying which item(s) you wish to return together with your order number order number (starting with # followed by 4 digits). 

2.  Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a FedEx return label and/or detailed return instructions.  Securely package your Item(s) in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

    1. Print the FedEx label provided in this e-mail and firmly attach it to the outside of your package.
    2. Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx drop-off point. You can find the closest drop-off point here.
    3. Ensure that the package is dropped off at the FedEx drop-off point within 14 days of receiving your return label.

IMPORTANT:

We only accept returns sent using the provided FedEx return label. Returns shipped independently or via another courier will NOT be accepted.

HANDLING FEES

A single handling fee of €25 will be deducted from all return refunds.

*Returns from orders that have been picked up, can also be returned in person at our Antwerp office, free of a handling fee.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method (such as your credit card or GoPay) within 14 days. If the original payment method is no longer valid and no bank account number was provided, you will receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months, redeemable exclusively on www.christianwijnants.com and at the Antwerp Store.

PICK UP ORDER - OFFICE LOCATION RETURNS 

Orders picked up in person from the office may also be returned in person to the same location within 7 days of delivery, free of handling fees.  

Please note that all returns—whether by carrier or in person—must first be requested via email at customerservice@christianwijnants.com, following the standard return procedure.

LATE RETURNS

requests will not be accepted if submitted more than 7 days after the date of delivery or pickup. Please ensure you contact us within the allowed timeframe.

3. EXCHANGES

No exchanges can be made. Please return the item(s) and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different item.

4. COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES

Complaints or disputes must be notified in writing within 14 days after delivery of the goods. If the complaint is considered justified, BEN NV’s liability is limited to the replacement of the goods and is further limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
